Acceptance

By creating an account or using Grove, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Grove.

What Grove is

Grove is a web-based workspace for independent consultants. It provides time tracking, contact management, social content drafting, and reporting tools. It is provided by Rose Tinsley Consulting Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must not use Grove for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm other users or the service.

Your data

You own the data you create in Grove. We will not access it except to provide the service, resolve a support issue at your request, or where required by law. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Grove is in active development; features may change with reasonable notice. We will not remove core functionality without giving users time to export their data.

Limitation of liability

Grove is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Rose Tinsley Consulting Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Grove. Our total liability to you in any calendar year will not exceed the amount you paid for Grove in that year.

Cancellation and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. By accessing Grove immediately after purchase, you agree that digital access begins straight away and you acknowledge this may affect your cancellation right once you have started using the service.

Monthly Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months.

Founders lifetime purchases are non-refundable after the 14-day cancellation window. If you have not accessed Grove and wish to cancel within 14 days of purchase, contact us at hello@quietgrove.co for a full refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email before significant changes take effect. Continued use of Grove after that date constitutes acceptance.
