Common questions.
Is Grove free?
There's a free plan with no card required: 1 client, 10 entries per month. Pro is £6/month + VAT. If you join as a founding member (first 200 only), you pay £99 once and get lifetime Pro access including all future updates.
What does 'lifetime' actually mean?
It means exactly that. Pay once, use Grove Pro for life. No renewals, no expiry, no catching out. Everything available at the time you join is yours to keep, and you get future updates at no extra cost. The monthly Pro price may go up if we add substantial new features. That will never affect founding members.
What tools does Grove replace?
Most consultants arrive with a timer app, a contacts spreadsheet, a social scheduler, and a report template. Grove replaces all of that: time tracking, client management, content drafting, and reports in one place.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Grove runs in any modern browser on desktop or tablet. A mobile app is on the roadmap, but most users find the browser version enough for day-to-day work.
Is my data secure?
Your data is stored securely, encrypted in transit and at rest. We take daily backups. We never sell or share your data. Full details in our privacy policy.
Can I import data from my current tools?
CSV import for contacts and time entries is coming soon. Starting fresh takes less time than you'd expect. Most people are up and running within a day.
What features are coming next?
Next up: custom timesheets and report templates so you can format output for specific clients, and direct publishing to LinkedIn and X so posts go out from Grove without any copy-pasting. CSV import for contacts and time entries is also in progress. Beta users shape what gets built next, so if something is missing that you need, tell us.
Who builds Grove?
